Description: RDM was subcontracted directly to perform structural concrete, stormwater and road construction works.

RDM’s scope included:

  • Bulk & detailed earthworks
  • All footings for slab on ground including lift wells, stair bases etc
  • Slab on ground construction (10,000m2)
  • Stormwater pipe & pits
  • Road & car park works
  • Landscaping
